Modern Minimalism with an Industrial Character in Espoo

This apartment design project, located in the suburb of Espoo (Finland), combines the principles of modern minimalism with pronounced elements of industrial style. Our Totum Bene studio focused on creating a functional space, harmoniously combining bold textures.

For the finishes, we used natural materials: concrete, brick, and panoramic windows that open up to picturesque views of nature.

The linear layout and neutral palette create a feeling of spaciousness and tranquility, characteristic of minimalism. Flexible zoning is achieved through well-thought-out lighting, which highlights the architecture and the natural textures of the materials.
